Thank you for booking your home cleaning with Orlando Deluxe Cleaners.

Please review the terms below carefully.

By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We look forward to working with you.


Cleaning Services

Orlando Deluxe Cleaners provides professional, residential and other cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information as well as selecting a specific cleaning service.

We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned as well as number of bathrooms and perhaps other items.

Keep in mind that all bookings will include a 1-2 hour arrival window due to scheduling variations, traffic, or unforeseen delays.


Payments

Payments are processed via credit or debit card through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe.

A valid card must be kept on file for all bookings.

A temporary authorization hold for the full service amount will be placed on your card 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This is not a charge.

Payment will be processed once the cleaning service has been completed.

If the authorization hold fails, Orlando Deluxe Cleaners reserves the right to cancel the appointment. You will be notified via text, phone call, or email if action is required.

Discounted pricing is available for recurring services scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Late cancellations directly impact our cleaners' schedules and earnings.

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 48 hours notice: No charge
Cancellation the day before service: $50 fee
Same-day cancellation: $100 fee

All fees will be charged to the card on file.


100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not satisfied with any portion of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.

The re-clean guarantee applies only to areas missed during the original service.

Clients may be asked to provide photos of the area in question. Our team will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Requests made after the 24-hour period may fall outside of the satisfaction guarantee.

Orlando Deluxe Cleaners is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear.



Home Condition & Price Adjustments

The price quoted at booking is based on the information provided by the client.

If the condition of the home is significantly different than described, additional charges may apply.

Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved by the client before the service continues.


Inaccessible Locations & Heavy Objects

Because of safety and liability concerns, our representatives and agents are not permitted to climb higher than a step stool or work outside of the home or premises.

If you wish our representatives or agents to clean behind large appliances; furniture; art work; or other large items, the client must move them if they weigh more than 35 pounds.


Non Solicitation

Clients agree not to solicit or hire Orlando Deluxe Cleaners employees or contractors directly for home services during or within 12 months after their service with Orlando Deluxe Cleaners.

Violation of this agreement may result in a referral fee of $2,500.


Additional Services

If additional services are requested beyond the original booking, the service must be approved and priced before work begins.


Pets


For the safety of our cleaners, we ask that all pets be secured or placed in a safe area during the cleaning appointment.


Home Access/Lockout Fee


Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled appointment time.

If our cleaning professionals arrive at the scheduled appointment time and cannot access the home, a $50 lockout fee may apply.


Safety and Conditions


Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if the home environment is considered unsafe or hazardous.


Damage Reporting

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

Orlando Deluxe Cleaners is not responsible for damage reported after this timeframe.
